If you are qualified for the citizenship test, you must be a permanent resident who has lived in the US for five years, so you should bring your green card.

@Mee_Sely I don't know. Ask an immigration lawyer or social worker. A second form of photo ID might be a good idea, along with some kind of evidence that you have lived in the US for five years.
