Are 「好きじゃないくせに」and 「好きじゃないのに」the same? What’s the difference?
I’ve never heard about 〜くせに before. I’m not sure how and when to use it.

その「くせ」は本来「曲者」「曲事」などで使われた「曲」に由来しています。まっすぐでない、歪んだありかたを示す言葉です。
元々は「その者が本来あるべき性質や姿から外れた、歪んだあり方として」の意味で「くせに」「くせして」が使われたと思われます。
だから当然その底には非難やこきおろしの含意が存在しています。
「好きじゃないくせに」については：
「好きじゃないのだから当然このように振る舞うはずだ。」という先入観を誰もが持ちますが、それに反して道理の違うことをする、ということを述べているのです。
私は「くせに」が持つニュアンスについて、そういう道理違い筋違いのことをする人間に対する悪印象ではなくて、道理違い筋違いの行いそのものに対する悪印象が本来の意味なのではないかと考えています。もちろんそれを行うことはその人間から出てくるわけで、人間を悪く見なすところへ最終的には行くのかもしれませんが、先にfocusが当たるのは行為の方だろうと思います。
一方の「好きじゃないのに」は単なる逆接条件です。ここには「くせに」のニュアンスがありません。
