What is the difference between Peter had gone to the mall before he went home and Peter went to the mall before he went home and i was reathing the paper 'Digest' on line and there were these two sentences and the writer sai€ that the correct answer was the second because the two action going to the mall and going home aren't correlated. Can someone explain me well why? ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.
