Let me have a go:
ーPlease return all dishes here.
(As this would be in a cafeteria, it's obvious you do this "after your meal")
ーStudents are to make sure they do their homework.
ーAll residents must stay at home to minimise the spread of infection.
ーPassengers please wait here for the train.
ーCustomers please queue here (for your turn)
"for your turn" is not really necessary as the only reason to queue is for your turn!
Let me know what you think 🙂

@timtak@nagihojo Both of you, thank you very much!
Does"be to do" as a command sounds strong? I am confused about how to use "be to do".
Would you tell me your opinion?

@mayabuninoishigeru It is pretty strong or sort of bureaucratic. I think it sounds similar to
After eating mealS, all dishes are to be put here.
Students are to make sure to do their homework.
ーPeople in this town are to stay at home to prevent the spread of infection.
Passengers are to stay/wait here until the train arrives.
Customers are to form a queue and wait their turn.

Where do you often see the expression(be to do) in Britain? School or cutchery?

@mayabuninoishigeru I don't know. I left Britain a long time ago.
I think that in a school, the school is more likely to be polite.
Cutchery is not afaik an English word.
I would expect this expression to be used on bureaucratic documents.
