To say "forever" in French it's "pour toujours" and not "pour l'éternité" right?

You can say both, it has the same meaning but maybe we use "pour toujours" more often ; it is more usual than "pour l'éternité" that can sometimes sound a bit "dramatic"
But both of them are totally correct.

pour l'éternité = for all eternity
forever = pour toujours
