The word "experience" is used as a countable noun or an uncountable noun. What's the difference in nuance between them?

@nomadatlatl It's countable. You can have many different experiences.
I would like to experience skydiving.
We went skydiving last week. It was a great experience.
We went skydiving, boating, and rock climbing. They were great experiences.
But you can also just use "It was a great experience." as well. Where "it" refers to all 3 activities.
You need to use "the" for " I'm planning to introduce *the* Japanese culture *experience to people outside of Japan in the future.", since "the Japanese culture experience" is a definite article.
