Can someone tell me which sentence is correct: “can you help me clean the table” or “can you help me TO clean the table” and explain to me why do we have remove the “TO”?

You have to remove "TO", because Americans like to make their sentences as short as possible to make sentences quicker to say.
Leaving out "to" doesn't change the meaning of the sentence.
"Help me to clean" and "Help me clean" have the same meaning.

If I use “help”+ subject+ another verb in some sentences like:
Could you help me make me happier? 😅
Can Someone help me do my homework?
I will help you recruit people for the company
We help our friend build their houses 🏘️

#1 should be "Could you help make me feel better?"
#4 should be "We helpED our friendS build their houses."
