@tkham1212 Try this : Learning a language is fun, but learning several languages at the same time is more difficult and can be mentally extremely taxing.
"learning a language" is a general statement which covers the action of learning one or many languages.
"literally" is superfluous, it is either fun or not fun.
"at once" is not the same as "at the same time".
"much harder" is ok, but I prefer "more difficult". It's your choice.
Using "extremely" emphasises the degree of difficulty.
