According to the dictionary "parecido" and "parejo" mean the same as "semejante" and "similar" (they're synonyms). To be honest, I've never used "parejo" in that sense, I suppose "parecido", "similar" and "semejante" are the most common words. "Semejante" it's a bit more formal.

And Semejante have two meanings: Another person, or the same that Parecido. Semejante it's rarely used.
