Je pense que la différence est essentiellement grammaticale mais les deux tournures (façons d’écrire) insistent sur deux aspects différents.
- dont est faite : on dit ce qui constitue la chemise; dans ce cas faite constituée
- avec laquelle est faite : on insiste plus sur le fait qu’elle a été fabriquée; dans ce cas faire = fabriquer
