正しいですか？
”私には７時９時などでもいいですので、もしAさんの都合によろしければ、Bさんが参加できる時間を決めることができませんでしょうか？”
敬語やとても丁寧な形で書きたいと思います。もしAさんの都合に合わなかったらいいですよ、前に決めた時間いしよう、という意味を伝えたいです。
