Being employed by a really virtual company must take some getting used to. Imagine working from your home and meeting coworkers *face-to-face only two or three times a year. Doing meeting and job reviews by conference call. Having business talks on-line.

Which one is better, "face-to-face" or "face to face" when writing it?
