Estonian, since it's very similar to Finnish (it's in the same language group). Germanic languages (like Swedish and English) are considered rather easy languages to learn, no matter what your native language is, same thing with Romance languages (for example Spanish).
The most commonly taught foreign languages (after English and Swedish) are: German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese.
