it's a polite way of saying "ok".
If your friend or family ask you to do something, you can say
「いいよ」, it's a casual way of saying " ok".
And you can say「わかった」or「わかりました」as well.
「いいよ」「いいですよ」「わかった」「「わかりました」they are the same and we often say them.
