I've sort of held off on answering this because I didn't want to say something incorrect. But I think in English it would mean something like "get myself together" or, in a cruder way, "get my shit together." "Get my act together."
I hope this is right. I try to refrain from answering questions that I'm not totally sure about.

umm. this is a Hebrew phrase means "take it seriously" or "I should be more serious" or "take more care of something"...

@ozdavidhaik Ok. But then my quesion is if you knew what it meant why did you ask the question? I don't understand. I did a lesson a while back that used this Hebrew expression as a slang equivalent for "get myself together" in English. It's hard to do an exact translation from Hebrew to English.

@ozdavidhaik No problem. As I said I don't like to answer Hebrew related questions much as I'm still a learner. But this question went unaswered for a long time.
As for a phrase in English I think getting my act together would be pretty good. Even though it's not a literal translation. It would mean I need to be more serious in taking care of my own stuff and doing a better job with my own situation. I need to do better for myself.
