でも、「だ」を使った方がこなれて聞こえる場面もあります。
例：神だとか仏だとかに縋った覚えはない。
（神仏［なんか］に縋ったつもりはない。）
ここで「だ」がなければ［なんか］を表すことはできません。
「だ」を使うとちょっと擦れた言い方になります。厭世的な表現とも言います。
例：地震だの台風だの勘弁してほしいよ。
（地震とか台風［なんて］懲り懲りだ。）
少しマイナスイメージになる感じです。
フォーマルな場面では「だ」は使わずに「とか」を使うのが良いと思います。
