Question about English (US)

Please show me example sentences with I was surprised that I didn’t find on YouTube the phrase "How many sisters has she got?" and "How many sisters does she have?" Is it rarely used in conversation? If so, then what else can I use instead? . Tell me as many daily expressions as possible.

Interestingly, even in British English, the grammar checker suggests changing "has she got" to "does she have" to sound more fluent. The problem is that in Russian schools, children study "How many sisters has she got?"
