Interesting question.
"Works as a live-in maid." Works fine and everybody understands.
But live-in maids are rather rare in the US. If someone said "I have a maid", most people would assume the maid does not live in the home. Such a maid who has her own home is also often referred to as a 'cleaner' or 'cleaning service'.

'works as a live in maid' is correct. The other is incorrect.
As for "work as a live-out maid / work as a maid on the outside", both are incorrect.

If you "work as a maid", it is already implied that you are not a "live in maid". In fact, most times a "maid" works at some place like a hotel.
If you for some reason needed to stress that you did not live inside the home, you would say something like "I work as a maid for a cleaning service" or something like that.

@ducky1234 but when one needs a maid to work inside the house, what should I use? and when one needs a maid to work outside the house, what would I use?

"live-in maid" is perfect for one case.
"cleaning/maid service" is perfect for the other case.

@ducky1234 ok, when it is inside the house as to live inside working, is live-in maid? and when she works at home but then she goes her house later, is cleaning service maid?

I believe you have it! While I understand that "live-in maids" are somewhat common in Mexico, in the USA only the VERY rich can afford due to high labor costs. Most people can go through their entire lives and never meet someone who has a "live in maid".
