The Friday of July 15th and on Friday the 15th OF (not in) July mean the same and are used.On the Friday the 15th isn't used rather On Friday the 15th would be more common, omit "The" and it would mean the same. Saying "On the 15th Friday of July" would not make sense since it would be implying there are 15 Fridays in the month of July.

@dkhs22 Does writing English imply that we don't spell something? or it's just formal style?

@wannasleep69 depends. Formal speaking/writing is usually done to your boss and would be similar. Usually over here, some bosses are more friendly (where I am from) and so you do not need to speak to them formally, rather as a friend. But the higher ups, you would speak or write in a formal manner.

@wannasleep69 Leaving off the “th” is a general style rule as that part is implied. It is the difference in writing and speaking. We say “twenty-fifth” but we write 25.
