여자들이 = 여자들이 (주로)
women are in a majority.
(The sentence may imply men are less interested in it.)
여자들은 = 여자들이라면
every women tend to ~ , or women in particular ~
(The sentence contains no information about men.)
여자들만 = (오직) 여자만
not men but women ~
