・「さしあげます」という言い方でも
意味は伝わりますが、
スタッフがお迎えに、という言葉が来た時は
「さしあげます」という言葉が次に来るのは不自然なんです。日本人の日本語ネイティブからすると変なんです。違和感があるのです。
それ以外に理由はありません。
ただ不自然だというだけです。
そのような言い方をする日本人があまりいないのです。
・スタッフがお迎えに、という言葉が来た時は
「あがります」という言葉が次に来るのが普通なんです。
こういう風に言う日本人が多いんです。自然なんです。
だから、問題の答えも「あがります」が正解となってるんでしょうね。

【お迎えに】の最後は【に】と言う助詞です。この【に】の後に続くのは、
【あがります】或いは【参ります】です。
→お迎えにあがります、お迎えに参ります、この２つしかありません。
【お迎えを】なら、【差し上げます】が合いますが。
【お迎え を 差し上げます】
★【に】と【を】、これらの助詞を理解なされば正解できると思います。
