You can say "I'm traveling to Paris by bus" or "I'm going to be traveling to Paris using the bus."
I think "using the bus" omits that the speaker "owns the bus" and will be using it themselves (as the owner).

I'd say: I'm GOING TO paris on the bus
or : I'm GOING TO PARIS by bus.
