Help me out is far more common and is more simple to use.
Bail out essentially means to take action in order to be saved or to save someone else.
“My Dad bailed me out of jail for $5000.”
“He was about to do a cool trick on his skateboard, but bailed out at the last second.”

"Bail me out" is a much more serious phrase. It means:
1. To get someone out of jail by paying a large amount of money for their bail.
2. To help remove water from a damaged boat before it sinks.
3. To help someone get out of a serious situation.
"Help me out" can mean anything from helping with a very minor problem to a very serious one.
For instance, you can say "I can't reach that box on the shelf. Can you help me out?", but you would never use "bail me out" in that situation. The problem isn't important enough to use "bail me out".
"I'm in trouble with my girlfriend. She thinks I am cheating on her. Can you bail me out/help me out by telling her I went bowling with you last night?"
