A group of crows. In English each group of animals has it's own name.
A group of dogs = a pack of dogs.
A group of cows = A herd of cows.
A group of birds = A flock of birds. - However, crows have their own group name: A murder of crows. It's not common, but it's correct. You can use flock instead, and it will be fine.

Flock is the standard vocabulary. Murder is technically correct. Don't use group.

If they are being used as a metaphor, crows often represent death, opportunism, or the thread of something bad happening soon. This is because crows are omnivores and will eat dead animals. they especially like eating eyeballs because their beaks and talons are not as strong as those of pure scavengers such as vultures.
