Hello, my name is Fernando, I'm 30 years old and lives in Colombia. Today, I'm going to talk a little bit about my daily routine. Every day, wake-up at 6:00 O'clock in the morning. I get-up and brush my teeth. Then, I take a shower at about 6:20am I dressed, have a cup of coffee and I prepares y breakfast. I like to eat healthy. Then, I go to work.I'm chef. I come back to my house at 5:00 O'clock.

In the night, I have dinner with my parents and Then I go the nearest gym to work- up I liked to do exercise so I always have energy and Keep a healthy body. When I come back at house, I read the most important news, play with my dog, check my social networks and at the end I go to sleep. My daily routine is quite relaxing.
