@Mashamaria1 You have to say "los" before "estudiantes". In this situation, using both indicative or subjunctive is correct and the same. Also using "les" is totally correct because it refers to "a todos los estudiantes" which is plural. However, it would sound more natural using "una" instead of "la".
--> "Es una situación que probablemente les [es / sea] conocida a todos los estudiantes."

Ambas formas están bien, se entienden de igual manera, solo un par de cosas, después del "probablemente" va solo "le es" o "le sea", porque ese "le" hace referencia a la situación que es un sustantivo singular y después del "todos" iría el artículo "los", así que sería:
- Es la situación que probablemente le sea conocida a todos los estudiantes
- Es la situación que probablemente le es conocida a todos los estudiantes

Puedes decir: Es la situación que probablemente les sea conocida a todos los estudiantes.
O también podría ser: Es probablemente la situación que todos los estudiantes más conocen.
Honestamente no entiendo muy bien el contexto en el que quieres usar esta frase pero para mi el segundo ejemplo que te he dado suena más natural :) . Espero sea de ayuda.
