可以理解，但是从听感上马上就能察觉到这不是中文母语者会表达的。
在杭州，共享单车“的”停车位是“需要”预先确定/预定/预约的，“基本上”每个人似乎都会在遵守某些规则的情况下使用它们。

作为杭州人我再多提一点，杭州有两套“シェア自転車”体系，一套是和其他城市都一样随处可停的私营的共享单车，杭州人也叫它共享单车，而你说的是另一套公营（由市政府运营）的，刷卡借用并到指定停车位归还的，杭州人叫它小红车，官方的叫法是公共自行车（好多年前在杭州只有这一种，到后来才有了那种扫码使用的共享单车）
