Lethargic means lack of energy. It means you donât feel like doing anything, but not necessarily that youâre tired.
Sleepy just means you feel like sleeping. Drowsy is usually being sleepy due to the effect of a drug. I would say it could also be a stronger word for âsleepyâ, as in the patient is very close to already being asleep, whereas âsleepyâ could be quite mild
