I'm passionate about swimming.
So I'm really happy to go to the swimming pool.
I wonder why people would go to the gym..
Someone said that it's for health benefits and not for fun.
When I went to the Gold's gym (which is a famous one probably worldwide) I felt that it was boring. Maybe it's just me 🙂
I'd appreciate your thoughts on going to the gym and spending time there 🥰⭐

@Morningtime I also would be happy just going to the swimming pool, but bodyweight excercises like calisthenics also help you become stronger. The building of strength helps me swim faster when I "sprint" in the water.

@Morningtime I honestly wish I could comfortably swim with my head above water, but after a few minutes it kind of hurts. So I just prefer to have goggles any time I know I am going near water, just in case.
I can swim for a lot longer and more relaxed below water.
