i used to eat it means you have have eaten something before or in the past, and probably don't eat it anymore, or have not eaten it recently or in a while
I've eaten it means that you eaten something recently, action is already completed, as in it just happened- youve just eaten something moments ago
example:
where did my cake go?
I've eaten it!
have you ever tried tofu?
i used to eat it, but i haven't had it in a while.

Thank you em. Có thể anh đưa ví dụ không phù hợp nhưng ý anh là anh muốn biết sự khác biệt giữa thì " I used to ... " và cái còn lại
Nó giống như vậy nè.
↓
Have you read this book? yes, I've read it twice
