Merci or Merci pour votre écoute or Merci de m'avoir écouté + Avez-vous des questions? is the best.
Voilà c'est fini is not really recommended even for French speakers since it can end too abruptly and looks clumsy. While thanking the audience and interacting with it makes you acknowledge the people in the audience, help open the subject matter/debate and clear out any misunderstandings if they were any. It's also a great natural transition for the other part of the oral exam if it's graded by a teacher.
