wash up は主に「これからする事に控えて手を洗う」という使い方をします。
wash yourself off などだと「全体の汚れを洗い流す」という感覚にあたるかな。
rinse は「ゆすぐ」という意味です。例えば、最初から泡をつけずに水だけ浴びる短めのシャワーの場合でも「rinse yourself off」と言えます。
