Firstly, it would be "tigers can run, chickens can't fly, monkeys can climb, etc."
And when speaking of animals in general you can use the singular. Like "animal behavior" or, in this case, "animal abilities."

Animals' abilities.
When its plural form already has an 's', all you have to do is add apostrophe after the 's'.
examples are parents' and animals'

As you probably know, you put " 's" after something to indicate possession.
Ex:
"Tom's apple" = "Apple that belongs to Tom"
But when you have a word that ends in "s" (which is very common for plural words), you actually show possession with just " ' "
Ex:
"The boys' hats are green" = The hats that belong to the boys are green
So here you would say:
"Animals' Abilities"

Thank you guys for your explanations. But your answers are different. so I am still confused.
How about if I am a teacher and I say to students: "Today, we are going to learn about animals' abilities".
Is it correct or wrong?

"Today we are going to learn about animals' abilities" is correct.
"Today we are going to learn about animal abilities" is also correct.

@animiradeseu95 It would not be incorrect. The general rule, as was mentioned by others, is that if a word ends in the letter "s" then you just put the apostrophe after it. So technically this would be animals' abilities. My point was that some words, or terms, don't always use the plural. You could also say "animal abilities" to your students and it would also be correct. It also means "the abilities of animals" in general.

@HebrewDane thank you very much😊
It means that animals' abilities or animal abilities are correct. So I can choose both.
