Could you please proofread my writing and tell me if it sounds natural?
I would appreciate it if you could correct it using common phrases and spoken language.
Q: Do you have any hobby or something you are into, S?
S: My hobby is streaming as well as him. Apart from that, reading a manga and such. I read a variety of genre, like, battle-ish at the top of the list, and I started to read a love story recently. I'm always streaming and playing game every day, so I can't have any room to be in love, which is why it's my genuine fantasy for me. Ha ha.

(Some words you used are perfectly fine but this is how I’d type it if I was talking to my native english friends. It sounds more natural and uses less complex language.)
