同じではありません。
「愛されし」は今でも使いますが、文語表現です。（文法の活用を説明すると長くなります）
文語を使うことで、語調を良くし、かつ格調高さを醸すことができます。
また、「されし」のほうが、完了の意味を強調しています。
「し」は俳句でよく使われており、ここに詳しく解説していますが日本人でもちょっと難しいです💦
