we dont usually say pretty near and pretty nearly.
but pretty well means you are describing something to be, or be done somewhat well, or satisfactory. but pretty much is usually used in the context of saying thats all, theres nothing much or anything else to it. or it can be a casual, or a matter of fact way of replying 'yes' to someone.

@jewelzz20 So only “pretty much” can mean “there’s nothing much or anything else to it”.
“Pretty well”, “pretty near” and “pretty nearly” can’t be used to mean that at all. Thanks a ton!
