In this case, the “will”s mean that the person saying the sentence is ordering the other person “to do it this minute”

Mmmm, obligation is not the right word.
"obligation" is for more important actions, like taking care of your elderly parents, taking care of your children, etc.
The first sentence is a command: "You will do it this minute! (Or else you will face consequences!)"
The second is an acceptance and a >>confirmation<< of the command: "Yes! We will!"

Thank you
Do you mean this second "will" is not close to *have to* in meaning?
- "We *will(=have to)* do it this minute!" ?

@hhoc2000 Correct, it is *NOT* "we have to", but rather "we are going to do it".
The SUBTEXT (implied meaning) is "We are going to do it (because we have to, or else there will be punishments)"
"will" means a future action is going to be performed, it is simply the future tense of "to do"
