İşteyim simply means "I'm at the workplace." This workplace could be an office, a worksite etc. This phrase generally used to specify where you are at that time.
Çalışıyorum means "I'm working."
- Turkish
They both mean the person is working. On the other hand, işteyim means you are in an office or at a workplace, when you say çalışıyorum you may se working at home or at a workplace.
İşteyim = I am at work.
Çalışıyorum. = I am working.
