Question about English (US)

How do you say this in English (US)? What do you say when you don't want a particular ingredient in the food you ordered at a restaurant?

Something like:

"Please hold~"
"Please leave out~"
"Please remove~"
"I don't want ~ in the food."

??

Thanks :)
