@ami2525 In that situation, I’d probably say “There’s so much to choose from, I can’t decide!”
Since I would be in a bakery, most nearby listeners would be able to infer I’m probably talking about bread and baked goods, so it’s natural just to leave mentioning bread out entirely. Its very common for English speakers to rely upon shared assumptions like that (for better or worse).

@ami2525 The second sounds more natural and casual to me since the tone comes off as being one based on personal observation. The second is correct, but it feels more distant in the tone, like its a thought of abstraction. The nuances are slight, but still noticeable as a natural english speaker.
