"Take a Japanese lessons with your favorite articles, songs, and movies": You'd more naturally say this with, "Lean Japanese with your favorite articles, songs, and movies." If the noun "lesson" is needed, you'd either say "Take a Japanese lesson" (singular) or "Take Japanese lessons" (plural).
"Enjoy your study journey" doesn't sound very natural. We'd probably say, "Enjoy your studies!"
