Question about English (US)

Which of these verbs would be the most suitable for these sentences?

1. Meghan proposed that they would/should/could go to the concert.
2. Catrina persuaded Selena that they would/should/could go to the Adele's house party.

I know it's more common to say "propose going" and "persuade to", but I have to learn various possible options for my English classes, lol.
