no dont put of , for example you can say, he pissed me off, it means he bothered you or made you angry

A slang way of saying somebody angers or annoys you. It translates to ~을 열 받게 하다 or ~을 빡치게 하다
And no you can't use "of", we'd say
"I'm pissed off because of him." or
"He pissed me off."
