S: I hope the members will be active for a long time from the bottom of my heart. Not only the first generations who are being active now, but also the second generations from now on. We're definitely going to build the environment that they can keep being active after they agree, so I hope they could be active for ages while feeling comfortable. It happens a lot that streamers suffer from mental trouble in this industry because there are a flood of emotions on the internet. We sometimes get lots of positive emotions from there, but vice versa. I think your destiny could change drastically on that occasion if you have reliable friends or companions who are on the same path or not. Everyone is supposed to face any difficulties, so it's a big thing that what environment where you can put yourself in would be when that would happen.

A: I hope from the bottom of my heart that all the members will be active for a long time. Not only first generation celebrities who are currently active, but the second generation as well. We're definitely going to build the sort of environment that will foster growth, so I would love for them to remain active (or have successful careers) for as long as possible while feeling comfortable being with our agency.

Often a streamer's mental health suffers because they are overwhelmed by other people's opinions and feelings online. Sometimes it's mostly positive and sometimes it's negative. I also think it makes a difference to have a reliable support system, whether they're on the same path or not. Everyone faces challenges at some point, so being able to place yourself in a nurturing environment would provide that type of support.

In terms of “We're definitely going to build the sort of environment that will foster growth,", I wanted to add the expression like, "with their agreement/consent/understanding" or "with premise that they agree with that" or something like that. That's why I wrote "after they agree", but it seems it didn't work. How should I've written naturally?

Another question is this.
In terms of “vice versa", does it possibly not used often in daily life?
