@joe1888 the first one is gramatically correct
for the second one perhaps you could say it in a scenario where you were trying to tell someone something, but they were being impatient with you in that case you could say you could say i just have to tell you something
that would look like this
'what do you want now?'
'i just have to tell you something, thats all'
