Question about English (US)
Is this sentence grammatically correct and natural?
- "I'm not playing in *any tournament*!"
I'm a bit confused because there's no "s" at the end of "tournament".

"I'm not competing in any tournaments!" sounds more natural because tournament without an s will sound more like you are speaking of just one, not multiple.
However, a sample sentence that would represent "(tournament without an s/ Single tournament)" would be
"I'm not competing in this year's tournament!"

Thank you
But, How should I interpret the sample sentence to get this interpretaion?
-> "I'm not competing in this year's tournament!" ?
And, then, does you answer go for this sentence too?
- I'm not reading any book(s)!
(=> Are "book" and "books" both correct in this sentence?)

Your sentence "I'm not reading any "books" is the correct sentence." And yes that sentence goes with my answer. Whenever you want to speak of multiple things in a sentence, put an s at the end of the word you speak of.
Example words
Teams, colors, Cars, Pencils.
You can also say:
"I don't play video games"
Overall, great job keep up the hard work.😊👍

Thank you
But I'm still a bit confused these two sentences are teated differently.
- "I'm not playing in *any tournament(s)*!"
- "I'm not reading any book(s)!"

@hhoc2000 Yes, that's true. For "I'm not playing in any tournaments" you can use the word "playing" in the sentence but I personally prefer to say "compete" when it has to do with tournaments.
for the other sentence "I'm not reading any books"!
it would be more natural to say: "I don't read any books"!
