Is this sentence grammatically correct and natural?

I'm a bit confused because there's no "s" at the end of "tournament".

it depends on the context if there are different tournaments someone is telling them they should play in then the 's' should be there but if it is only one tournament then the sentence should be ' I'm not playing in the tournament' or 'I'm not playing in a tournament'
