Have/has = utilisé avec participe passé (have seen, have done, have had, have gone, have made, etc)
Did = passé composé du verbe auxiliaire "do"
Have you seen this movie before? (à un moment donné dans le passé)
Did you see this movie yesterday? (un moment précis ou récemment)
Have you eaten breakfast yet? (utilisé avec "déjà", c'est encore le matin ou c'est aujourd'hui)
Did you eat breakfast this morning? (ce n'est plus le matin)
J'espère que ça vous aide. Si vous avez des exemples, ou vous avez besoin de plus d'exemples, vous me direz 😊

thank you, so ,
We say "did you go to this party?" and "have you take this road before?"
but why do we say "have you finish your homework?" and not " did you finish your homework?" ?
"did you" is "recently" , so why did we say "did your breakfast this morning?"

"This morning" is recent and it's a specific time in the past.
With "have" you must use the past participles:
Have you *taken
Have you *finished
And actually, both of those sentences could be said, and it's difficult to say if it matters which one you say.
"Did you finish? is just past. You're asking about an activity that happened before but not necessarily has relevance to the present. Have you finished? is just asking for the state of the action that has just completed or you at least expect it to be soon."
"Both questions are grammatically correct and acceptable in any situation. Some native speakers would tell you that they see no difference between the two question forms."

one more question , about "but then" and "so" at the beginnig of a sentence.
do i have to say "ok , so why do we say ...." or "ok , but then why do we say ...." ?
do i have to say "ok , so why do we say ...." or "ok , but then why do we say ...." ?

@mlt84 depending on the context, they could convey the same meaning. Otherwise, "but then" could mean you're acknowledging the other person's comment and then proceeding to say something that you feel contradicts it, while "so" could come before a follow-up question. However, I need more context to give a definitive answer.
