Stop your -t sound at the end of caught and release it as the d- sound of dead. You achieved some intonation but please record 2 or 3 attempts instead of just 1.

@zu_12 Your pronunciation is generally clear. Are you (1) speaking often, (2) recording and listening to yourself, and (3) imitating native speakers? Evaluating your pronunciation in just one short sentence is less valuable than giving your listeners a large sample to check. Don't be shy about recording longer sections. Sounds change in combination with other sounds such as word endings and beginnings so more practice and recordings will bring you better results. Please ask anytime.

You’ll need to practice your initial W-. Slow down a little to give your lips time to make the correct form. Put the back of your hand in line with your nose and lips. Push your lips forward so they are just a little farther out than your nose. You can use any flat surface, like a ruler or the back edge of a book. But your hand will give you a stronger feeling of correct position. Practice words that have the wo (woman, wood, wool) sound. Say other easier combinations (win, work, we) and -feel, -look, and -think about your mouth position. As you know, the W starts with tight forward lips and as you make the sound, your lips open and move back. If you’re shy, practice with a mirror. Your challenge is that you’re fighting against many years of katakana! Every day you hear examples of incorrect pronunciation so you need consistent practice. Just 10-20 seconds twice a day is fine - if you continue the habit. You know how to contact for any other questions, comments, and complaints!

The recording is a bit unclear, but I'll write what I understood-
'I wouldn't be caught dead doing that.'

(Forgot to mention!). …”This sentence is very hard to pronounce *for* me.” < not “to” >
Hard for me. Hard for me.
Easy for me! Easy for you.
