A miser is someone who seriously dislikes spending any money they absolutely don't have to, even though they might be wealthy. Being a miser isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's a matter of survival for poor people.
Greed is a desire to gain more money, no matter the consequences. If other people become poor so they can become richer, then so be it.
